Are the cricket bats knocked-in before shipping?
All our English Willow bats come with a standard factory oiling. However, we highly recommend a full professional knocking-in service before match use. We offer an optional 'Ready-to-Play' service which includes oiling, knocking, and an anti-scuff sheet application.
What is your return policy for protective equipment?
We accept returns on pads, gloves, and helmets within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging with tags attached and show no signs of use on the field. Custom-made team wear is excluded from standard returns.
How do I choose the correct bat size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Generally, 'Harrow' is for teenagers, while 'Short Handle' (SH) is the standard for adults. If you are between sizes, our experts are available via WhatsApp to help you choose the right weight and balance.
